Nicole Gadiel is a visual artist working within the fields of painting and photography; creating fine art and designing artwork for private and commercial clients. She is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Born and raised in Canada, Nicole moved to Denmark as a teenager. She has definitely become a Great Dane since then, although under certain circumstances her inner Canadian will undoubtedly pop up. This has inspired her to view the world from new perspectives and different angles; a trait she successfully implemented throughout her career in strategic communications, uses to inspire when giving talks on 'The Art of Seeing' and adeptly applies to the creation of artwork.
The beauty of Nicole Gadiel's work is in her ability to visually translate the obvious to the emotive — creating poetic narratives personal to each viewer. 

"I find inspiration in impromptu situations wherever I may be, and strive to illustrate that emotive perceptions can be found anywhere, if we really look at what we see," she says. "What I express on a canvas and what I capture through a lens greatly influences both mediums. Whether creating paintings or fine art photos, both stem from the samme inner vision: seeing emotion."

Nicole's photography has most recently received awards at International Photography Awards, Prix de la Photographie Paris and Tokyo International Foto Awards.
